Survey of Student Needs

The marketing team was gathering information for a website re-skin for the Toyota T-TEN website. To support this project I helped develop a survey that was administered to parents, prospective students and current students of the T-TEN program. This survey was designed to identify the primary needs of future and current students so as to provide a website that met their needs. The ultimate goal of the re-skin was to support the Enrollment an Student Support teams in their recruitment and support efforts.

  • 1 summary report which was provided to T-TEN stakeholder groups and presented at the 2019 Q1 readout
  • Information from the report was used in redesign of the T-TEN website
