Technical report: Novice teacher effectiveness
On this interdisciplinary research team, I assisted with conducting and transcribing interviews, qualitative coding, and preliminary analysis. The purpose of this study was to describe successful novice teachers in high-poverty schools and investigate the personal characteristics or experiences that may have contributed to their success. Results were published in a technical report entitled: Novice teacher effectiveness: Listening tour in Jefferson County Public Schools.
